PARIS DESIGN WEEK 2016
THE EVENTS DURING MAISON & OBJET
An extension of Maison & Objet trade fair, Paris Design Week is an itinerary uniting 300 participants that all proudly show the year’s newest collections and prototypes.
At a time when new collections are popping up in stores and the new concepts for the autumn season are being launched, the event mobilizes shops, galleries, showrooms, hotels and restaurants. For eight days, all design lovers from different fields, from furniture and home decor to fashion, art and even gastronomy will be sharing their experience of design and creation with the pulic.
There will be five areas where the show will go on: Saint-Germain, the Marais-Bastille, the Opera-Champs-Elysées, Barbès-Stalingrad, and the Docks-City of Fashion and Design. And all the events will be organized around six itineraries. Check it out some of them below:
A competition with the aim of offering a career springboard to young design talents and rewarding the most innovative projects. One jury prize and one public prize.
