Dior unveils London boutique designed by Peter Marino
The luxury fashion brand Dior opened a new boutique in London, at the New Bond Street. The glamorous boutique is the biggest in United Kingdom and it was designed by the famous architect, Peter Marino.
Behind a Victorian front, the opulent store design is decorated with objects by renowned designers, unveiling an unique contemporary design. The exquisite new store features a mix of English heritage and Dior’s own traditions in perfect harmony. A light-drenched marble stairwell with gold banisters gives to the store a modern style, right in the middle, between the four-levels, the clients can appreciate an striking abstract metal sculpture by Rado Kirov.
The boutique also offers a complete suite of Dior collections, from men’s, women’s and children’s wear to accessories, jewellery and watches. Three private rooms, as well as a dedicated perfume room, have been incorporated into the store design for VIP clients and to showcase the uber exclusive Collection Privée Christian Dior.
For the opening celebration, Dior launched a special line of Lady Dior bags and accessories designed in collaboration with Marc Quinn. A must see and have! Peter Marino is a worldwide famous architect for his bold work in the private residences of great names in fashion and art, as well as in large well known brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Dior.
