Wewood presents new designs at Salone del Mobile 2018
PORTO, April 2018 – As part of Salone del Mobile 2018, the Portuguese brand Wewood will present, in first hand, two new furniture pieces designed by Ramos Bassols and Christian Haas.
Pala is a chair inspired by Nordic simplicity fused with Mediterranean warmth. It is a practical and comfortable chair made for lovers of wood looking. Designed by Ramos Bassols, industrial designers based in Barcelona, Pala reflects their personal view of contemporary design, always searching for the balance between form, function and aesthetics.
Soma is a balanced dining table that breathes generosity by its proportions and delicacy. It’s curved outline and its soft edges are a tactile pleasure. Designed by the German-born Industrial designer Christian Haas – based in Porto (Portugal) since 2014 –, the focus of Soma is the elegant wood joinery that underlines the personality of the table without losing its simplicity.
Besides this two new pieces, Wewood will show some of their best-known furniture pieces, including the Bridge desk designed by Christophe de Sousa, recently released.
Wewood’s stand will be located in HALL 6 | STAND D43 from 17 to 22 April at Salone del Mobile, Milan, Italy.
